Refund Policy

Return Window We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we're unable to process a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as it will be required.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This includes our 24K Golden Energy Beauty Bar and all other face and body care products. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

If you believe your product is defective or not functioning as expected, please reach out to us at bharti@homeofwellness.in with a short video clearly showing the issue, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If your order has already been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, a cancellation is still possible — however, the following charges will apply:

  • Shipping fees — ₹75
  • Payment gateway transaction fee — 2.5% of the order value (applicable only for prepaid orders; not applicable for Cash on Delivery)

The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. We appreciate your understanding, as these are costs passed on to us by our logistics and payment partners.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at bharti@homeofwellness.in. Do not send items back without prior confirmation, as unannounced returns cannot be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll share our return address and further instructions.

Refund Processing Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. You'll be notified of the outcome, and if approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at bharti@homeofwellness.in so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges The easiest way to exchange a product is to return the eligible item and place a fresh order once the return is accepted.

European Union – 7-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
